Never hold the sharpener during use. Secure it on a flat, dry and stable surface. Do not wash in the dishwasher or submerge in water. Do not use abrasive products to clean the sharpener. Do not use the sharpener to sharpen serrated blades and scissors. To avoid damaging the knife, always sharpen it using moderate pressure. Avoid dropping the sharpener and try not to subject it to other impact stresses.

Because it is associated with the use of knives, keep the sharpener out of the reach of children. After sharpening your knife, always wash it so that the steel particles from the sharpening process do not migrate into food.
