Product return policy

You have the right to request an exchange or return of the product within 14 days.

Terms of exchange or return of the product:

• Less than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product;
• The buyer is not a legal entity;
• There is a sales receipt or other document certifying the fact of purchase;
• The product has not been used, the original appearance has been preserved;
• The product has full original undamaged packaging;
• The complete set of the product has been preserved: accessories, consumables, accompanying documentation, and their packaging is not damaged;
• The product has not been activated.
