The maximum cooking capacity should not exceed 3/4 of the utensil’s total volume.
Always handle the hot utensil with care: use protective gloves and keep it out of reach of children.

Before using for the first time, wash with a soft sponge and mild soap or liquid detergent. After drying, lightly grease the inner surface with oil or fat, then place the utensil in a preheated oven at around 180 °C for 1–2 minutes. Allow it to cool and wash again.

Your Starflon utensil is now ready to use, with or without oil, but never at temperatures above 260 °C / 500 °F. Use only silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils when stirring food.

This product requires no maintenance, only regular cleaning.

• Do not immerse a hot utensil in cold water.

• Avoid using abrasive cleaning products.

• If food burns, soak the utensil and leave it until residues can be removed with soap and a sponge.

For disposal of the product and packaging, follow local recycling guidelines.
