Skewer support + table
Made from food-grade stainless steel, these racks are installed inside a preheated tandoor using the dedicated support slots.
They allow you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously, including vegetables, meat, fish, sausages, and more. Single-tier (meat) racks are designed for roasting large cuts of meat or whole poultry, and can also support various cookware for preparing pilaf, porridge, stews, casseroles, and other dishes. Multi-tier racks are ideal for cooking fish steaks or small whole fish. For larger whole fish, a dedicated fish rack is recommended.
Made from cast iron with a matte ceramic coating, these grates are mounted on the skewer hanging frame supplied with the tandoor.
The cast iron steak grate is a versatile accessory for cooking juicy meat and fish steaks over an open fire, as well as sausages, vegetables, mushrooms, and many other foods.
Made from food-grade stainless steel, the Tree Rack is suspended inside the tandoor using either the universal crossbar or the skewer hanging frame included with the tandoor.
The accessory consists of a deep bowl with a central metal rod fitted with spikes. It is designed for cooking different ingredients simultaneously, primarily meat and vegetables, by skewering them onto the spikes. Smaller pieces can be placed in the bowl below, where they roast in the natural juices released from the food above, creating exceptionally flavorful results.Baking Stones

Birch Fuel Briquettes
A tandoor should first be fully heated using firewood. Afterward, adding compressed birch briquettes helps maintain the cooking temperature for several additional hours, as they provide consistent heat for up to 4–5 hours.
The briquettes produce no harmful carbon monoxide during normal use, do not ignite when exposed to dripping fat, and provide stable, even heat. As a result, food cooks evenly without burning, retains its natural juiciness, and develops a beautiful golden-brown finish.
