1–4 Tier Cooking Racks

Made from food-grade stainless steel, these racks are installed inside a preheated tandoor using the dedicated support slots.

They allow you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously, including vegetables, meat, fish, sausages, and more. Single-tier (meat) racks are designed for roasting large cuts of meat or whole poultry, and can also support various cookware for preparing pilaf, porridge, stews, casseroles, and other dishes. Multi-tier racks are ideal for cooking fish steaks or small whole fish. For larger whole fish, a dedicated fish rack is recommended.

Steak Grates

Made from cast iron with a matte ceramic coating, these grates are mounted on the skewer hanging frame supplied with the tandoor.

The cast iron steak grate is a versatile accessory for cooking juicy meat and fish steaks over an open fire, as well as sausages, vegetables, mushrooms, and many other foods.

Tree Rack

Made from food-grade stainless steel, the Tree Rack is suspended inside the tandoor using either the universal crossbar or the skewer hanging frame included with the tandoor.

The accessory consists of a deep bowl with a central metal rod fitted with spikes. It is designed for cooking different ingredients simultaneously, primarily meat and vegetables, by skewering them onto the spikes. Smaller pieces can be placed in the bowl below, where they roast in the natural juices released from the food above, creating exceptionally flavorful results.Baking Stones

Baking stones are placed on one or more levels of the cooking racks.

They are ideal for baking lavash, pizza, khachapuri, pies, flatbreads, and other baked specialties.

Flatbread Baking Kits

Designed for baking flatbreads directly on the inner walls of the tandoor.

Two versions are available:

  • A set consisting of an extended heat-resistant glove and two specially shaped baking cushions.
  • A forged stainless steel set including a Kapkir (bread paddle) and a flatbread removal hook, handcrafted using traditional forging techniques.

Attention! Baking flatbreads on the walls of a tandoor requires practice and experience.

Cast Iron Cauldrons (4–25 L)

These cauldrons are installed on a dedicated forged stand.

They are perfect for preparing pilaf, porridge, traditional stews, soups, and many other dishes.

Handcrafted Ceramic Cookware

Made from natural clay without dyes or artificial additives, these ceramic pieces are placed on the meat racks inside the tandoor.

  • Roasting Dish, Salt Pot, and Clay Pot - ideal for slow cooking in a cooling tandoor, recreating the gentle heat of a traditional Russian oven.
  • Chicken Roaster - specially designed for roasting chicken and other small poultry. Its construction allows marinade or liquid to be poured into the center, keeping the bird moist from the inside while roasting. The poultry is placed on a central rod, while the rendered fat collects in the surrounding dish. As the liquid heats, it circulates inside the bird while the exterior develops a beautifully browned crust. Vegetables or side dishes can also be placed around the base to absorb the flavorful juices.
  • Cocotte Dish - perfect for preparing baked appetizers, gratins, and classic julienne dishes.

Dust and Water-Resistant Tandoor Covers

Made from durable Oxford 210D and 1680D fabric.

These covers provide reliable protection against rain, snow, dust, and other environmental elements, helping to extend the life of your tandoor.

Tandoor Fuel Accessories

Birch Fuel Briquettes
A tandoor should first be fully heated using firewood. Afterward, adding compressed birch briquettes helps maintain the cooking temperature for several additional hours, as they provide consistent heat for up to 4–5 hours.

The briquettes produce no harmful carbon monoxide during normal use, do not ignite when exposed to dripping fat, and provide stable, even heat. As a result, food cooks evenly without burning, retains its natural juiciness, and develops a beautiful golden-brown finish.
