With Napoleon's built-in Sizzle Zone, you can integrate the perfect steak burner into your outdoor kitchen. At up to 980 °C, fried food is cooked crispy, super juicy and with wonderful grill marks in a very short time.

The Sizzle Zone can be used in a variety of ways and offers great additional preparation options.With a lower heat input, it is also possible to fry and cook in a grill pan, wok or in cast iron grill pans.

Please note when installing Sizzle Zone:

• The infrared burner can only be installed in a sufficiently heat-resistant and non-flammable material.
• If the built-in side burner is not installed next to a built-in Napoleon 700 grill, an additional rotary control power supply kit is required.
