Description
The 1.8 L aluminum kazan with lid is compact cookware for preparing small portions at home, in the countryside, at a picnic or over an open fire.
The 1.8 L capacity is suitable for dishes for 1–2 people, small portions of pilaf, soup, stewed vegetables, meat, sauces and side dishes. The 19 cm diameter makes the kazan convenient for everyday use and storage.
Brief
The kazan is made of aluminum, so it is lighter than cast iron models, heats up quickly and is easy to handle. The 5 mm wall thickness helps distribute heat more evenly and maintain stable heating during cooking.
Functionality
The kazan is suitable for boiling, stewing, frying and low-heat cooking. It can be used for small portions of pilaf, shurpa, soups, meat, vegetables, stews and outdoor dishes.
The lid helps retain heat and steam inside, allowing food to cook more evenly and reach the desired texture faster.
Materials
The kazan is made of aluminum. This material is lightweight, conducts heat well and heats up quickly. Thanks to the 5 mm thick walls, the cookware remains practical and convenient for regular use.
Care
After use, it is recommended to wash the kazan by hand with a soft sponge, without metal brushes or aggressive abrasive cleaners. After washing, the cookware should be dried thoroughly before storage.
It is not recommended to overheat the empty kazan over high heat.

Use and care of aluminum cookware
Do not store salty or acidic foods in aluminum cookware. It is recommended to cook foods with a low content of acid and salt: soups, porridges, pasta, potatoes and similar dishes.
Do not scrape off burnt food. It is better to soak the cookware in water first, then wash it carefully with a soft sponge.
Do not overheat empty cookware before cooking. Strong overheating may cause aluminum cookware to deform or become damaged.
Do not sharply increase the temperature to speed up cooking. At excessively high heat, food may burn.
Do not place hot cookware under cold water. A sudden temperature change may damage the product.
If the instructions for use are followed, cast aluminum cookware can serve for a very long time.
