The PB550 Navigator offers 8-in-1 cooking versatility, allowing you to smoke, bake, fry, grill, roast, stew and heat-all in one appliance. You can set the temperature between 82°C and 260°C and quickly get direct or indirect heat using the innovative flame grill and sliding plate. Then you can use the Digital control Board and stainless steel probes to monitor temperatures, set them, and then you can take care of other things while the Navigator takes care of all the rest.
