Pit Boss Navigator 850 is a wood pellet grill and smoker designed for smoking, grilling and controlled-temperature outdoor cooking. The PB850G / SKU 10615 provides 5,671 cm² of cooking space, a 12.7 kg hopper and a digital control board with LED readout.

The digital controller allows cooking temperatures to be set from 82°C to 260°C, while the pellet-feed system manages fuel delivery automatically.

Navigator 850 runs on hardwood pellets. Its 12.7 kg hopper includes a pellet cleanout door for easier fuel changes.

🔥 FLAME BROILER – DIRECT & INDIRECT HEAT

The slide-plate Flame Broiler lets you switch between indirect cooking and direct flame. Pit Boss specifies open-flame searing temperatures of up to 538°C.

👨‍🍳 CASAGRILL RECOMMENDS

For brisket, ribs and pulled pork, cook at lower steady temperatures and monitor internal temperature with the included probe. For steaks and burgers, open the Flame Broiler for stronger direct-flame finishing.
