The Napoleon Legend 425 SB is a propane gas grill with 4 main burners and a range side burner. The model is suitable for cooking meat, fish, vegetables, poultry, side dishes and sauces on a terrace, in the backyard or in a grilling area. The side burner expands cooking options and allows extra dishes to be prepared at the same time as the main grilling.

Functionality

Legend 425 SB is convenient for direct and indirect grilling. The four main burners allow flexible temperature control and make it easy to create different heat zones. The side burner is suitable for sauces, side dishes, vegetables or reheating food while meat or fish cooks on the main grid.

Porcelainized cast iron cooking grids retain heat well, help create a good sear and leave Napoleon’s signature WAVE™ marks on food. The integrated ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge helps monitor heat under the lid.

Equipment

The JETFIRE™ ignition system provides fast and reliable startup for the main burners. Folding side shelves save storage space, while the large warming rack helps keep cooked food warm or provides extra cooking space.

The enclosed cart design helps keep the propane tank neatly positioned and protects the lower part of the grill from outdoor conditions. Convenient side access to the propane tank and grease tray is also provided.
