The Napoleon Legend 485 RSIB is a propane gas grill with a stainless steel finish, equipped with 4 main burners, an infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner and a rear infrared burner for rotisserie cooking. The model is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, steaks and rotisserie-style dishes on a terrace, in the backyard or in a BBQ area.

The grill has a heat output of 21.7 kW, a main cooking area of 68 × 46 cm and a total cooking area of 5,240 cm². Napoleon lists capacity for up to 30 burgers, making this model suitable for family meals, guests and regular outdoor cooking.

Functionality

The main cooking area is convenient for direct and indirect grilling. Four stainless steel burners allow flexible temperature control and make it easy to create different heat zones for meat, fish, vegetables or poultry.

The infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner reaches high temperatures quickly and is suitable for intense searing of steaks, burgers and other foods. The rear infrared burner expands cooking possibilities and is suitable for rotisserie-style dishes.

Equipment

The JETFIRE™ ignition system provides fast and reliable startup. The integrated ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge helps monitor heat under the lid, while large side shelves are convenient for food preparation, serving and placing accessories.

The removable grease tray makes cleaning easier after cooking, and the infrared side burner allows smaller portions to be prepared quickly without turning on the full main grill area.

Materials

The body is made of stainless steel. WAVE™ cooking grids are made of porcelainized cast iron, retain heat well and create Napoleon’s signature wavy sear marks. Stainless steel sear plates distribute heat evenly and help reduce flare-ups.
