Description
The Napoleon Legend 365 SIB is a compact propane gas grill in black finish, equipped with 3 main burners and an infrared Sizzle Zone side burner. The model is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, poultry, steaks and classic BBQ dishes on a terrace, in the backyard or in a small grilling area.
Brief
The grill has 3 stainless steel main burners, an infrared side burner, a total heat output of 15 kW and a 52 × 46 cm main cooking area. Napoleon lists capacity for up to 22 burgers, making this model suitable for family meals or a small group.
Functionality
The main cooking area is convenient for everyday grilling: meat, fish, vegetables and poultry cook evenly thanks to stable heat and the ability to control 3 burners. Porcelainized cast iron cooking grids retain heat well and help create a good sear.
The infrared Sizzle Zone side burner reaches high temperatures quickly and is suitable for intense searing of steaks, burgers and other foods when a strong crust outside and juicy texture inside are needed.
Equipment
The JETFIRE™ ignition system provides fast and reliable startup for the main burners. Folding side shelves save storage space, while the integrated temperature gauge helps monitor heat under the lid. The enclosed cart design helps keep the propane tank neatly positioned and protects the lower part of the grill from outdoor conditions.
Materials
The burners are made of stainless steel, while the cooking grids are made of porcelainized cast iron. Enamelled sear plates help distribute heat evenly and reduce flare-ups during cooking.
