Description
The Napoleon Legend 425 SIB is a propane gas grill with a stainless steel finish, equipped with 4 main burners and an infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner. The model is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, poultry, steaks and classic BBQ dishes on a terrace, in the backyard or in a grilling area.
Brief
The grill has 4 stainless steel main burners, a 3.0 kW infrared side burner, JETFIRE™ ignition system and a 60 × 46 cm main cooking area. Total heat output is 16.6 kW, and Napoleon lists capacity for up to 26 burgers.
Functionality
The main cooking area is convenient for direct and indirect grilling. Four burners allow flexible temperature control and make it easy to create different heat zones for meat, fish, vegetables or poultry.
The infrared SIZZLE ZONE™ side burner reaches high temperatures quickly and is suitable for intense searing of steaks, burgers and other foods. It can also be used for preparing side dishes while the main dish is cooking on the grill.
Equipment
The JETFIRE™ ignition system provides fast and reliable startup for the main burners. The integrated temperature gauge helps monitor heat under the lid, while the easy-fold right side shelf saves storage space. Tool hangers and a bottle opener make the grill more convenient to use.
Materials
The main burners are made of stainless steel. The cooking grids are made of porcelainized cast iron, retain heat well and help create a strong sear. Porcelain enamelled sear plates distribute heat evenly and protect the burners during cooking.
