Description
The Napoleon Legend 425 is a propane gas grill with 4 main burners, a black porcelain-enameled lid and a practical enclosed cart. The model is suitable for cooking meat, fish, vegetables, poultry and classic BBQ dishes on a terrace, in the backyard or in a grilling area.
Brief
The grill is equipped with 4 stainless steel main burners, has a heat output of 13.6 kW, a main cooking area of 60 × 46 cm and a total cooking area of 3,717 cm². Napoleon lists capacity for up to 26 burgers, making this model suitable for family meals and a small group.
Functionality
Legend 425 allows convenient direct and indirect grilling. Four burners provide more flexibility in temperature control and make it possible to divide the cooking surface into different heat zones.
Porcelainized cast iron WAVE™ cooking grids retain heat well, help create a strong sear and leave Napoleon’s signature wavy sear marks on food.
Equipment
The JETFIRE™ ignition system provides fast and reliable startup for the main burners. Folding side shelves save storage space, while the large warming rack helps keep cooked food warm or provides extra cooking space.
The enclosed cart design helps secure the propane tank and protects the lower part of the grill from outdoor conditions. Convenient side access to the propane tank and grease tray is also provided.
Materials
The lid and doors feature a black porcelain coating that is easy to clean and helps avoid smudging. The cast aluminum firebox reflects heat and creates a convection-style oven environment for more even cooking.
