Description
The Napoleon Prestige PRO 825 RSBI is a large premium stainless steel propane gas grill with two separate cooking zones. The model includes a main grill head, an additional infrared searing zone, a two-stage power side burner, rear infrared burner, integrated smoker tube and professional equipment for a large BBQ area.
Brief
This is a powerful propane grill with a total heat output of 123,000 BTU and a total cooking area of 9,356 cm². The main cooking area consists of two surfaces — 72 × 46 cm and 47 × 46 cm, allowing up to 51 burgers to be grilled at the same time. Rotisserie is included.
Functionality
The main grill head is suitable for meat, fish, vegetables, poultry and meals for a large group. The integrated smoker tube with a dedicated burner lets you add smoky flavor and expands cooking possibilities without a separate smoker.
The second cooking zone under a separate hood features two ceramic infrared burners that reach high heat quickly and are ideal for intense steak searing. The rear infrared burner, together with the rotisserie, allows even roasting of poultry, rolls and large cuts of meat.
Equipment
The two-stage power side burner features a reversible cast iron support: the concave side is ideal for a wok, while the flat side can be used with pots and pans. This burner is convenient for sauces, side dishes, sautés and additional cooking while grilling.
LED Spectrum NIGHT LIGHT™ control knobs offer color lighting and SafetyGlow™: the knobs glow red when the gas is on. Interior cabinet lights help you find accessories easily, while soft-close doors make everyday use more comfortable.
Materials
The body is made of stainless steel with chrome details. The 9.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids distribute heat evenly, create distinctive sear marks and are designed to be virtually maintenance free.
