Napoleon Prestige BIPRO825 Built-In Gas Grill

Napoleon Prestige BIPRO825 is the flagship built-in gas grill from the Prestige PRO range, designed for large outdoor kitchens, terraces and complete BBQ areas. The model is made of stainless steel and features two independent cooking zones, infrared burners, a rear rotisserie burner, an integrated smoker burner with a pull-out wood chip tray, JETFIRE™ ignition and illuminated control knobs. The main cooking areas are 72 × 46 cm and 47 × 46 cm, with a total cooking area of approx. 9356 cm².

Functionality
The two independent cooking zones allow different foods to be prepared at the same time and at different temperatures. The grill is suitable for steaks, meat, fish, vegetables, burgers and side dishes for large groups. The generous cooking surface is ideal for intensive grilling and outdoor entertaining.

Infrared Burners and Rotisserie
The infrared burners provide intense heat for fast searing and crust formation. The rear infrared burner is designed for rotisserie cooking, including whole chicken, roasts, large cuts of meat and evenly cooked dishes.

Smoking Function
The grill features an integrated smoker burner and a pull-out wood chip tray. This allows smoke flavour to be added when cooking meat, fish, poultry and vegetables, expanding the possibilities of a gas grill.

Materials and Construction
The body and main components are made of stainless steel. Stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids distribute heat evenly, retain temperature well and create Napoleon’s signature wave sear marks. The built-in design is suitable for integration into a BBQ island or outdoor kitchen module.
