Functionality
The four main burners provide stable heat across the cooking surface. The grill is suitable for steaks, meat, fish, vegetables, burgers and meals for larger groups. The rear infrared burner is designed for rotisserie cooking, including whole chicken, roasts and larger cuts of meat.

Materials and Construction
The matte black Phantom finish gives the grill a clean premium look. The 9.5 mm stainless steel WAVE™ cooking grids retain heat well and create Napoleon’s signature sear marks. The 700 Series is designed specifically for built-in installation, with a clean fit into an outdoor kitchen module and cutout dimensions of about 30″ × 19 3/8″ × 10 1/4″.
