It features five main burners, an infrared Sizzle Zone side burner, and a rear infrared rotisserie burner, providing full versatility from high-heat searing to slow, even rotisserie cooking
The iconic WAVE™ stainless steel cooking grids (up to 9.5 mm thick) ensure even heat distribution, prevent food from falling through, and create distinctive sear marks. Dual-level sear plates protect the burners while enhancing flavor by vaporizing drippings
