Samura Sharpening Diamond Stone 360/600

The Samura Sharpening Diamond Stone is a combination sharpening stone which is suitable for really blunt knives with hard steel (60 Rockwell and above). The coarse side of 360 is for reshaping the cut of a dull knife and removing burrs. Once the cut is back in shape, use the 600 side for honing. After this, use a sharpening stone with a higher grid for even sharper results. Features a plastic holder in which the stone remains stationary during sharpening.

Use the grinding stone by holding it under water for a few minutes before use so that it fills up. This will create a layer of water, allowing the grind to drain.
