Description

The ANDORA multifunctional brazier grill is designed for outdoor cooking and combines traditional skewer preparation with cooking on a grate. Based on the visible configuration, the upper section is divided into two functional areas: a cooking grate on one side and an open brazier section with skewer supports on the other.

This layout makes it possible to prepare different foods simultaneously. Meat, fish, burgers, sausages and vegetables can be cooked on the grate, while meat or vegetable skewers can be prepared in the adjacent section.

The grill is supported by a raised frame that provides a convenient working height. A mesh-style front shelf offers space for utensils, dishes and ingredients. Several horizontal bars under the main body can be used for temporary storage of firewood, charcoal containers, trays or BBQ accessories.

Two visible wheels on one side help move the grill across firm, level surfaces, while the fixed legs support stability during cooking.

The exact overall dimensions, weight, metal thickness, steel type and cooking-area dimensions have not been confirmed.

🔥 DUAL COOKING ZONES

The ANDORA grill provides two separate cooking areas:

  • a grate area for meat, fish, vegetables, burgers and sausages;
  • an open section for traditional skewer cooking over embers.

This arrangement allows several foods to be prepared at the same time without constantly replacing cooking accessories.

▭ COOKING GRATE AREA

The visible grate is suitable for foods that require a stable cooking surface.

It can be used for:

  • steaks;
  • chops;
  • chicken wings and legs;
  • fish;
  • burgers;
  • sausages;
  • vegetables;
  • mushrooms;
  • corn.

Its rectangular shape helps organise food and makes turning easier with tongs or a spatula.

🍢 SKEWER COOKING SECTION

The open section includes support points for positioning skewers.

It is suitable for:

  • pork skewers;
  • chicken skewers;
  • beef or lamb skewers;
  • mixed meat and vegetable skewers;
  • vegetable skewers;
  • traditional ember-cooked dishes.

Separating the skewer area from the grate makes cooking more organised and helps manage different foods independently.

🔥 WOOD AND CHARCOAL COOKING

The brazier is intended for cooking over embers produced by dry natural firewood or barbecue charcoal.

Charcoal provides relatively consistent heat and classic BBQ flavour.

Natural firewood creates traditional embers and may add a stronger smoky aroma.

Food should be placed over the heat only after strong flames have reduced and a stable ember bed has formed.

🌡️ TEMPERATURE CONTROL

Temperature is controlled through:

  • the quantity of charcoal or wood;
  • fuel distribution;
  • ember-bed thickness;
  • the distance between embers and food;
  • gradual addition of fuel.

For high-temperature cooking, fuel can be concentrated in one area. For slower cooking, use a thinner layer of embers or move the fuel to one side.

🧰 FRONT WORK SHELF

The front mesh shelf provides additional space for:

  • tongs;
  • spatulas;
  • heat-resistant gloves;
  • plates;
  • trays;
  • ingredient containers;
  • seasonings;
  • food prepared for cooking.

Its position in front of the cooking area keeps essential utensils within easy reach.

📦 LOWER STORAGE FRAME

The lower horizontal bars can be used for temporary storage of:

  • firewood;
  • charcoal bags or containers;
  • BBQ accessories;
  • cookware;
  • trays;
  • other cooking equipment.

Heat-sensitive objects must remain at a safe distance from the brazier.

🛞 MOBILITY AND STABILITY

The wheels on one side make it easier to move the grill across a firm, level surface.

The opposite side can be lifted slightly to roll the unit into position.

Fixed legs support the grill during cooking and reduce accidental movement.

The grill must only be moved when fully cooled, empty of hot embers and completely extinguished.

⭐ WHY IT IS MORE PRACTICAL THAN A BASIC BRAZIER

A basic brazier usually provides one cooking zone and limited accessory space.

ANDORA offers:

  • a separate cooking grate;
  • a separate skewer section;
  • simultaneous cooking;
  • a front utensil shelf;
  • lower storage space;
  • a raised working height;
  • wheels for easier movement;
  • better organisation around the cooking area.

This configuration reduces the need for separate tables and cooking appliances.

👥 APPROXIMATE COOKING CAPACITY

These values are approximate and depend on the actual cooking-area dimensions, recipe, amount of food and portion size.

Recommended charcoal:

  • Natural lump charcoal
  • BBQ briquettes intended for food preparation
  • Certified barbecue fuel

Do not use chipboard, MDF, plywood, painted, varnished, impregnated or chemically treated wood.

👨‍🍳 CASAGRILL RECOMMENDATIONS

Before first use, clean the grate and heat the brazier without food to remove possible manufacturing or storage residues.

Light the fuel and wait until strong flames subside and a stable ember bed forms.

Distribute the embers according to the food. Use a hotter section for steaks and burgers and moderate heat for chicken, fish and vegetables.

Rotate skewers regularly for even browning and avoid cooking directly over strong flames.

Use the grate section for foods that need to be turned with tongs or a spatula.

Keep essential utensils on the front shelf, but do not place plastic containers or heat-sensitive objects too close to the brazier.

Do not store flammable materials beneath the grill while it is in use.

After cooking, remove food residue from the grate. Remove ash and remaining fuel only after complete cooling.

Store the grill in a dry location or protect it with a suitable cover.

🏆 CASAGRILL VERDICT

The ANDORA brazier grill is recommended for customers who want more functionality than a conventional brazier. The combination of a grate area and a dedicated skewer section allows a varied menu to be prepared simultaneously, while the front shelf and lower storage frame help organise the workspace efficiently.

The wheels make movement easier on level surfaces, and the raised frame provides a more convenient cooking position. Compared with a basic brazier, ANDORA offers more space, more preparation options and better organisation.

It is a practical choice for larger families, guests, parties, guesthouses and BBQ areas where skewers, meat, fish and vegetables are prepared at the same time.
