Warning! The pergola is not recommended for winter use, as the weight of snow may accelerate the wear of the louvers. To extend the product’s service life and maintain the warranty, it is recommended to leave the pergola roof open during the cold season.
Warning! The pergola is not completely waterproof. In heavy rain, water may leak through the roof and frame when the drainage channels are full. It is not recommended to store moisture-sensitive items under the pergola. In winter, the roof must be cleared of snow to prevent the louvers from deforming under its weight.
