Description
A real Uzbek cast-iron kazan, where the bottom is thickened and calcined, is a traditional utensil for cooking not only pilaf, but also other dishes that can be found not only in Uzbek cuisine.
The flat bottom of the cookware makes it almost ideal for cooking in any conditions, including urban ones on the stove.
The material from which the dishes are made is porous, polished on both sides, cast iron. This ensures rapid heating, slow cooling and long-term maintenance of the temperature of the dish, even after removal from the heat.
The flat thickened bottom of the kazan allows you to cook in it without burning, and to use supporting installations only in open areas.
Small rounded handles are convenient for carrying the cookware. The cast-iron kazan itself is made in Uzbekistan, which in itself speaks of its quality and originality.
Its 6-liter volume allows to cook a meal for a family of 5-6 people.
