Description
The SULTAN series draws inspiration from the swords wielded by the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire. These knives boast a 67-layer Damascus steel blade, with a core hardness of 61 HRC. The SULTAN also features a full-tang construction and an exceptionally durable G-10 handle, typically utilized in survival knives, which includes a curved butt for enhanced stability.
With its distinctive elongated blade shape, the SULTAN knives excel in a wide range of culinary tasks, from precise vegetable slicing to deboning various cuts of meat.
