Tandoor “Skif”

There are things that can serve forever and be passed down in the family, from generation to generation. These include the tandoor "Skif", which has an average size, a standard shape and a set of necessary utensils. Thanks to the metal frame with forged handles, it can be easily carried from place to place.

The wide and flattened shape of the bottom allows you to lay more firewood. With a wall thickness of 6 cm, uniform heat is provided for 1.5 - 2 hours. This time is enough for cooking without additional kindling in several rounds. The internal volume holds 12 spits.

In the tandoor, you can also cook vegetables and pastries - and all this quickly, without much effort. In a clay oven made using a unique technology, food is cooked on a "soft" fire, at a constant, even temperature.

To melt the tandoor "Skif", you can use any firewood - from small twigs to medium logs that would fit inside. Ceramic walls of modern tandoor have good and uniform heat transfer. The temperature is the same at any point of the oven. Thanks to this property, the food does not burn, but as if it is saturated with heat and cooked from the inside, providing high-quality roasting.
