Description

The “Aladin” Tandoor with hinged lid is a large wood-fired oven made from chamotte clay, designed for outdoor cooking. It is suitable for backyards, cottages, terraces, BBQ areas, festive events and large family gatherings.
Brief
The tandoor is suitable for up to approximately 18 people per cooking session. Thanks to its large volume and good heat retention, one firing may be enough for 2–3 full batches of food.

Functionality
The tandoor can be used for steaks, skewers, poultry, sausages, soups, pilaf, fish, vegetables and baked goods. Heat comes from the oven walls, so food cooks evenly, stays juicy and gains a rich wood-fired aroma.

Hinged lid
The hinged lid makes the tandoor more convenient to use: it opens easily with one hand, does not require a separate place to put it down and is securely fixed to the metal frame. This design provides quick access to the cooking chamber and saves space near the cooking area.

Materials

Use and care
Wood fuel can be used for heating, while birch firewood is recommended for the best result. Skewers can be cooked in approximately 20 minutes. The tandoor uses firewood economically and partially self-cleans with each new firing. Fine hairline cracks may appear during heating; this is normal for clay products and does not affect performance.
