Description

The Garcima D 28 cm enamelled paella pan is an original Spanish paellera in Valencian style. The model is made of enamelled steel and is suitable for preparing paella, rice dishes, meat, vegetables, and seafood.

Brief
The 28 cm pan is suitable for approximately 3 portions. The useful height is 4 cm, and the approximate weight is 600 g. The two side handles are welded to the body for more convenient and safer use.

Functionality
The pan provides fast and even heating. It can be used on gas, wood fire, open flame, and in the oven. It is not suitable for microwave use.

Materials
The body is made entirely of enamelled steel. The enamelled surface is easier to clean, does not require oiling after use, and protects the pan from rust.

Care
Allow the pan to cool naturally before washing. Do not use metal scourers or abrasive cleaning products. Warm water, a soft sponge, and mild detergent are suitable for cleaning.
