Cutting Board with Stainless Steel Bowls, Napoleon

The Napoleon PRO 70012 is a multifunctional prep set consisting of a large bamboo cutting board and two stainless steel bowls. Official dimensions are 46 × 33 × 5.5 cm. The bowls slide neatly underneath the board for storage and can be used to collect juices or hold prepared ingredients.

🥩 FOR PREP AND CARVING

Suitable for:

• meat
• steaks
• roasts
• vegetables
• fruit
• barbecue ingredients
• carving cooked meat

🌿 DURABLE BAMBOO

Napoleon describes the bamboo surface as naturally antimicrobial. Its density also makes bamboo relatively easy to maintain compared with many traditional hardwood cutting boards.

🥣 TWO STAINLESS STEEL BOWLS

The set includes two stainless steel bowls that are ideal for:

• catching meat juices
• holding chopped vegetables
• organizing prepared ingredients
• temporary food storage

The bowls slide underneath the board and are dishwasher safe.

💧 BUILT-IN JUICE TROUGH

The integrated trough captures liquids from the cutting surface and directs them toward the bowls through the side openings. This is particularly useful when carving meat and saving juices for gravy or au jus.

🖐️ MULTIFUNCTIONAL CUT-OUT

The cut-out serves two purposes:

• it works as a carrying handle
• it allows juices or chopped food to be transferred directly into the bowls
