Functionality

Materials
The blade is made of 5-layer Japanese AUS-10 steel with a hardness of 58–60 HRC. This steel retains sharpness well and withstands regular daily use. Manual sharpening provides a smooth, controlled, and predictable cut.
Care
Hand washing is recommended, followed by immediate drying. Do not use a dishwasher, abrasive cleaners, or store the knife in a damp environment, in order to preserve the blade’s sharpness and the metal finish.
Ergonomics
The full-metal construction without weak joints makes the knife strong and durable. The oval handle flows smoothly into the blade, sits comfortably in the hand, and provides a secure grip even when wet.
