The Samura GOLF Stonewash Santoku 180 mm kitchen knife is a versatile Japanese knife for meat, fish, vegetables, herbs, and deli products. Thanks to its wide blade and lowered tip, it is convenient for precise slicing, chopping, and everyday ingredient preparation.

Functionality

Materials
The blade is made of AUS-8 steel hardened to 58 HRC. This steel retains sharpness well and is suitable for regular use. The Stonewash finish gives the blade a matte, expressive appearance.
Care
Hand washing is recommended, followed by immediate drying. Do not use a dishwasher, abrasive cleaners, or store the knife in a damp environment for long periods.
Ergonomics
The black polypropylene handle has an anatomical shape, provides a secure grip, does not slip, and does not rotate in the hand during use.
