The knife is suitable for working with meat and fish fillets, delicatessen products, bread, mushrooms, vegetables, herbs and fruit.
Santoku is convenient for cutting into cubes, wedges, rings, half-rings and thin slices.
The wide blade provides good control while chopping and helps transfer cut ingredients quickly.
The knife is not recommended for frozen products.
