Pit Boss Memphis Ultimate is a multifunctional outdoor cooking station that combines a gas grill, charcoal grill and electric smoker in a single unit. European SKU 10617 provides 11,960 cm² of total cooking space, allowing you to choose between fast gas grilling, traditional charcoal cooking and slow smoking.

🔥 GAS GRILL SECTION

The gas side uses three stainless-steel burners rated at a total of 36,000 BTU, making it suitable for burgers, steaks, kebabs and other foods requiring quick and responsive heat control.

🪨 CHARCOAL GRILL SECTION

The separate charcoal chamber features a six-position adjustable charcoal grate, front air intake and rear chimney exhaust. Adjusting the charcoal height provides additional control over heat intensity at the cooking surface.

Below the grills is an analog electric smoker with a 1,500-watt heating element and front-access wood pan. Its glass door lets you visually check food during smoking.
