Description
With the Samura Bamboo cheese knife, cutting cheese is no longer a problem. The handle is made of AUS-8 stainless steel and shaped like bamboo, it promised a firm grip even when the hand is wet. The knives are particularly known for their durability, but if sharpening should be necessary, we recommend to do it at an angle of 17 degrees. Due to the extremely smooth surface on the blade and handle, it is very hygenic, because so no product residues stick.
