Gyimyakesh Meat Cleaver No.0 is a massive 40 cm kitchen tool made of SHKh15 carbon steel and fitted with a wooden handle.


Brief
This model is designed for chopping meat, cutting poultry, working with cartilage and dense ingredients. The wide, massive blade helps with tasks where a regular kitchen knife is less effective.
