The Konstanz Damask 18 cm meat knife is a kitchen knife made of 67 layers of steel with a VG-10 core, suitable for precise cutting of meat, poultry and other ingredients.
Brief
Konstanz Damask features an 18 cm Damascus steel blade with a VG-10 stainless steel core. The HRC 60 hardness provides good edge retention and confident cutting performance.
Functionality
The knife is suitable for slicing meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and other ingredients. The Santoku format is convenient for everyday kitchen work: slicing, chopping and mincing.
Materials
The blade is made of 67 layers of steel with a VG-10 core. The handle is made of natural wood and has an ergonomic shape.
Care
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended. Dry the knife immediately after washing. Dishwasher use is not recommended, especially to preserve the blade sharpness, Damascus steel structure and the appearance of the wooden handle.
Ergonomics
The ergonomic wooden handle feels comfortable in the hand and provides good control while cutting. The 18 cm blade makes the knife practical for daily kitchen use.
