Description
The Carl Schmidt Sohn KONSTANZ Santoku 12.5 cm knife is a compact kitchen knife made of 67 layers of Japanese steel with a VG-10 core, designed for precise cutting of vegetables, fruit, meat, fish and herbs.
Brief
KONSTANZ Santoku 12.5 cm is a compact universal knife with ice-hardening and a hardness of HRC 60 ± 2. It combines precise cutting, the strength of layered steel and a convenient compact format.
Functionality
The knife is suitable for slicing, chopping and mincing smaller ingredients. The Santoku format is convenient for vegetables, fruit, herbs, small pieces of meat, fish and everyday ingredient preparation.
Materials
The blade is made of 67 layers of Japanese steel with a VG-10 core. The handle is made of natural wood and has an ergonomic shape.
Care
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended. Dry the knife immediately after washing. Dishwasher use is not recommended, especially to preserve the blade sharpness, layered steel structure and the appearance of the wooden handle.
Ergonomics
