The Samura Reptile SRP-0045 slicer is an extra-long knife designed for thin, precise and clean slicing.
It is created as a modern alternative to traditional Yanagiba knives, heavy European slicers and ham knives.

Functionality
The knife is suitable for thin slicing of meat, fish, ham, sausages, cheese and other delicatessen products.
The long blade allows a clean continuous cut in one motion, without tearing or unnecessary pressure.
The thin spine reduces resistance when passing through the product and helps create even, neat slices.
The hole in the blade acts as an additional finger rest and improves control during precise slicing.

Materials
The blade is made of Japanese AUS-10 stainless steel with a hardness of 59–60 HRC.

Care
Hand washing is recommended, followed by immediate drying after use.
Dishwasher cleaning is not recommended.
