Description

The Samura HARAKIRI Slicer kitchen knife is a specialized knife for thin and precise slicing of fish, meat, sausages, cheese and seafood delicacies.


Brief
The Samura HARAKIRI Slicer is designed for long, clean cutting strokes and even slices. It is convenient for serving, preparing appetizers, sushi, sashimi and carpaccio.


Functionality
The blade geometry is optimized for thin slicing of fresh and salted fish, meat, sausages, cheese and seafood. The long blade helps cut through food in one smooth motion without crushing the texture.

Care
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended. Dry the knife immediately after washing. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may affect the sharpness of the cutting edge and the appearance of the knife.
