Description

The chef knife is used for portioning meat and fish, shredding cabbage, chopping herbs and working with larger ingredients.
Materials
The blades are made of AUS-8 steel with a hardness of 58–59 HRC. This steel holds the cutting edge well and is suitable for regular kitchen use.
Care
Hand washing with a soft sponge is recommended. Dry the knives immediately after washing. Dishwasher use is not recommended, as it may affect the blade sharpness and the appearance of the handles.
Ergonomics
The rounded handles with smooth curves fit comfortably in the hand, do not rotate during use and provide confident control while cutting.
