This 1,650 Watt smokehouse has a large glass door, which eliminates the need to keep an eye on food by periodically opening the door. It features 4 porcelain cooking shelves, locking wheels, an easy-to-read digital controller, a food dipstick, and an eye-catching silver finish. The innovative design extends the functionality of the classic smokehouse with mobile shelves for easy loading and unloading of products, as well as a multi-position shelf system that provides ample space for smoking.

To generate smoke, the smokehouse has a front pan for smoking pieces of wood, providing up to two hours of cooking per load. The ingenious design allows you to reach extreme temperatures. The double insulated walls allow you to adjust the internal temperature in the range from 38°C to 205°C, which gives you the opportunity to achieve a crispy crust on chicken or a magnificent crust on beef and pork, unlike other smokehouses on the market.
